RYAN'S GROCERY (GWC) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking motivated Service Staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will provide excellent customer service, take orders, upsell, handle payments, maintain store cleanliness, and assist with deliveries and shelf replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Ensure follow up is done for all tables to ensure customer satisfaction
• Take orders and serve food/drinks orders/ dessert orders
• Upsell during order taking and make recommendations
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Greet and welcome customers
• Assist in the receiving of deliveries to our store
• Replenish shelves with products
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store
• Create a healthy shopping experience throughout the store by sharing product knowledge with our customers
• Answer enquiries and offer suggestions to our customers
• Manage cash register
• Packing of purchased items
• Any other tasks as assigned by your line manager from time to time
