Job summary

Martino Agency is seeking an excellent cook who can follow instructions and deliver well-prepared meals. The candidate should be deft in moving around the kitchen and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare, cook, and assemble ingredients for appetizers, entrées, and desserts, ensure high-quality dishes while following company recipes, monitor inventory, report equipment issues, and help keep the kitchen clean and sanitary in compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience as cook.
• Knowledge of kitchen best practices, including safe knife handling and cooking methods.
• Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
