Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in hardware, firmware and physical assembly.
• Experience programming microcontrollers in C/C++ (Arduino/RPi).
• Skilled with closed-loop systems and sensors (pressure, temperature, gyro, proximity).
• Hands-on with soldering, crimpers, DMMs, logic analyzers and oscilloscopes; read electrical drawings.
• Self-starter, multi-tasking, results oriented; passionate about innovative hardware solutions.

• Circuit Design & simulation on AC/DC circuit, control circuit & communication protocol
• Assemble, wire, and mechanically modify custom boxes.
• Documentation and reporting of project, BOM and procedures.
• Interface with customer and supplier to lead project & execution
• Support sales and marketing for technical engagement
• Support operations issues & quality improvement

Job Requirement (Qualifications & Experience)

Required Experience (Must Have)

• Core: 3+ years combining hardware & circuitry design, firmware, and physical assembly.
• Microcontroller programming: Experience in C/C++ (Arduino/Raspberry Pi ecosystems).
• Proficient with closed-loop systems & sensors (Eg. pressure, temp, gyro, proximity).
• Hands on with soldering irons, crimpers, DMMs, logic analyzer and oscilloscopes. Skilled at reading and generating electrical wiring drawings
• Result orientated. Multi-tasking. And a self-starter. Passionate about creating innovative hardware engineering solutions

Added Advantages

• Experience with design software CAD/Solidworks
• Experience with high-speed transmission & RF circuit,
• Experience with Wire heating elements, thermoelectric coolers (TECs), and SSRs is added advantage
• PLCs: Any Programming experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT or Siemens TIA Portal or equivalent
• MEMS: Knowledge of Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems design and control.
• Experience with optics, vision system is advantageous
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing environment

Education

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in electrical, Electronics, System or Mechatronics Engineering
