Job summary

SUN DYNAMIC ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to design M&E drawings, plan and monitor the design process, and maintain drawings and documents for a material handling system.

You will coordinate electrical activities with customers, consultants, and subcontractors, ensure compliance with elevated codes, and select components for an advanced control system. Ad hoc duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent or above.
• Applicant must have related working experience (preferably 3 - 4 years of related experience).
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Designing work on M&E drawing and maintain design documents and drawings.
• Plan & Monitor the design process and coordinate electrical activities to meet project requirements.
• Coordinate with customer and consultant for design confirmation and with sub-contractor on panel and switchboard fabrication.
• Establish control standards and procedures to monitor performance of electrical systems, motors, and equipment.
• Ensure component selection for advanced control system conforms to codes, standards & customer specifications.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in motor control panel, control box, and switchboard
• Proficient with MS Office Program, Autocad
• A responsible, self-motivated, meticulous, and resourceful team player with good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
