Job summary

Schneider Electric Singapore is seeking a Regional Transport Control Tower Manager based in Kallang to organize international shipments and optimize cost. You will lead cross-border trucking and coordinate with 3PL/4PL partners to ensure real-time visibility and service excellence.

You will drive data-driven improvements, oversee KPI performance, and mentor a distributed logistics team across regional hubs. A strong English fluency and leadership in matrix environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of international transportation or supply chain experience, with 3+ years in a dedicated leadership role managing regional portfolios.
• Proven expertise navigating 3PL and 4PL ecosystem architectures, with direct experience running large-scale international freight operations.
• Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, fluent English

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily control tower operations to ensure end-to-end visibility of international shipments.
• Lead cross-border trucking portfolio, scaling and optimizing lane efficiency and carrier capacity.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics across 3PL/4PL networks and ensure timely reporting.
• Lead the transport data strategy with Analytics and IT to develop reliable reporting tools.
