Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3–7 years of operational experience.
• Ability to learn operational systems and visibility applications.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience is strongly desired.
• Ability to work independently and in a regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily execution of regional Control Tower activities across countries and business units.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex operational issues with internal teams, carriers, and customers.
• Coach and develop Logistics Specialists with regular feedback and performance monitoring.
• Allocate workload to ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieved.
• Build credibility with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Lead governance meetings to review performance, risks and improvements.
• Monitor shipment execution and proactively identify risks and delays.
