Job summary

PSA International in Singapore is seeking a Regional Control Tower Manager to lead the APAC Regional Control Tower, delivering world-class logistics services across multiple countries and units.

You will coordinate with customers, account leadership, country operations, carriers and internal stakeholders, oversee KPIs, governance, and continuous improvement, and drive strategic customer engagement across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in international logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum 5 years in a regional leadership or people management role.
• Proven experience managing strategic multinational customers.
• Strong background in ocean freight operations, transportation management, and regional logistics.
• Proficient in English language.
• Experience working across multiple APAC countries.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and service governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the APAC Regional Control Tower operations to ensure consistent execution of logistics activities.
• Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, governance and best practices.
• Ensure shipments are executed per SOPs, contractual obligations and internal compliance.
• Oversee daily operational performance across multiple countries and business units.
• Monitor workload balancing and regional resource utilization.
• Manage customer escalations and ensure timely closure.
• Lead Monthly Operational Reviews (MOR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
• Drive KPIs, improvements, and service enhancements for customers.
