Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage Control-M workloads and related scheduling tasks. You will install, administer, and optimize Control-M components within enterprise infrastructure while coordinating with application teams and project managers.

Your role includes designing complex batch automation, integrating with SAP/ERP systems and databases, providing Level 2 production support, and mentoring staff during migrations and planned activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Installation, administration, and maintenance, upgrade, configure, maintain, and control Control-M components and infrastructure.
• Create and maintain scheduling definitions, and work with application teams and project managers to design complex batch automation.
• Analyze and test procedures, information systems, and utility programs, and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Integrate Control-M with SAP, ERP, and databases.
• Provide technical support to controlled systems, and analyze user requirements and problems.
• Provide control run support of batch operation during migration/plan activities.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to staff members.

Skills/Requirement

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong experience in Control-M administration and enterprise workload automation.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
• Experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and application services.
• Knowledge of SAP, ERP, databases, and integration with scheduling platforms.
• Experience providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting production issues.
• Ability to manage operational activities and coordinate with stakeholders during migrations and planned activities.
• Experience leading or supervising technical support and operations teams.
