Responsabilités

• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and tender submissions.
• Analyse construction drawings and specifications to determine project costs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review contract documents and monitor contractual obligations.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Track material costs, subcontractor expenses, and overall project expenditure.
• Verify claims and invoices against contractual terms and completed work.
• Work closely with project teams and external parties to resolve commercial matters.
• Maintain accurate cost reports and tender documentation.
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management.
