Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Contracts & Procurement Manager (M&E) to strengthen commercial operations across data centre and commercial projects.

You will review and negotiate contracts, monitor costs, and manage risk throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, 3–5 years in contracts management within construction or engineering, and strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
• Electrical engineering project experience preferred; data centre or commercial project exposure advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders.
• Manage tender documentation, supplier evaluations and commercial assessments.
• Monitor project costs, contractual obligations, variations and commercial risks.
• Resolve contractual matters with project, engineering, procurement and legal teams.
• Maintain contract records, payment documentation, insurance policies and performance bonds.
• Oversee contractual close-out and support post-project reviews.
