Job summary

HRnet Ventures Pte Ltd – CREW by HRnet is seeking a Contracts & Procurement Manager (M&E) to oversee contract administration, procurement coordination, cost monitoring and commercial risk management for data centre and commercial projects in Singapore and Malaysia.

You will liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement teams and vendors from tender through completion, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or Business Administration; diploma holders with relevant experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
• Electrical engineering project experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and BCA requirements.
• Strong negotiation, commercial analysis and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

An electrical engineering company involved in data centre and commercial developments across Singapore and Malaysia is looking for a Contracts & Procurement Manager (M&E).

You will play an important role in contract administration, procurement coordination, cost monitoring and commercial risk management, supporting projects from tender stage through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders.
• Coordinate tender documentation, evaluate supplier proposals and assist with commercial assessments.
• Track contract performance, project costs, variations and contractual risks.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, site personnel, vendors and legal advisors to address contractual issues.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, payment records, insurance policies and performance bonds.
• Coordinate contractual close-out and participate in post-project reviews.

Requirements
