HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor in North, Singapore to manage cost estimation, tendering and commercial matters across industrial, commercial and data centre projects.

You will oversee the project lifecycle with strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities include preparing quantity take-offs and budgets, reviewing tender documents, monitoring expenditure and administering contracts, with a Diploma/degree in QS or related field and at least 3 years of

Qualifications

• Diploma, Specialist Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, M&E Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant quantity surveying experience.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, contract administration and variation management.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates and budgets for M&E works, including electrical systems.
• Review tender documents, evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement decisions.
• Monitor project expenditure, budgets and cost forecasts to maintain effective cost control.
• Administer contracts, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify discrepancies and potential cost savings.
• Liaise with project teams, consultants and subcontractors on commercial and cost-related matters.
