Job summary

hrnet ventures pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager (M&E) to lead contract administration, procurement coordination, cost monitoring and commercial risk management on electrical engineering projects across Singapore and Malaysia.

You will review, negotiate and administer contracts and variations; track costs and performance; liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, suppliers and legal advisors; and ensure proper documentation from tender to close-out.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
• Degree in QS, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline.
• Electrical/ data centre project exposure is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulations and BCA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders.
• Coordinate tender documentation, evaluate supplier proposals and assist with commercial assessments.
• Track contract performance, project costs, variations and contractual risks.

An electrical engineering company involved in data centre and commercial developments across Singapore and Malaysia is looking for a Contracts Manager (M&E).

You will play an important role in contract administration, procurement coordination, cost monitoring and commercial risk management, supporting projects from tender stage through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders.
• Coordinate tender documentation, evaluate supplier proposals and assist with commercial assessments.
• Track contract performance, project costs, variations and contractual risks.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, site personnel, vendors and legal advisors to address contractual issues.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, payment records, insurance policies and performance bonds.
• Coordinate contractual close-out and participate in post-project reviews.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or a related discipline; Diploma holders with relevant experience may also be considered.
• 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
• Electrical engineering project experience preferred.
• Data centre or commercial project exposure advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and applicable BCA requirements.
• Strong negotiation, commercial analysis and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering concepts is an added advantage.
