Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders for electrical projects in Singapore and Malaysia. You will collaborate with project teams, suppliers and legal advisors on contractual matters.

This full-time, on-site role in North Singapore involves tender support, contract performance monitoring and post-project reviews, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
• Experience with electrical projects; data centre or commercial project experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore's construction regulations and BCA requirements.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good understanding of electrical engineering concepts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders.
• Support tender activities, including bid preparation and supplier proposal evaluation.
• Monitor contract performance, deliverables, variations, costs and potential risks.
• Work closely with project, engineering, procurement and site teams to resolve contractual matters.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, including payment records, insurance and performance bonds.
• Liaise with vendors, legal advisors and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Support contract close-out and post-project reviews to improve future processes.
