HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Contracts Manager (M&E) for North Singapore to oversee contract administration, procurement coordination, cost monitoring and commercial risk management on data centre and commercial projects.

You will review, negotiate and administer contracts, track performance, and liaise with project teams, vendors and legal advisors to resolve issues from tender to close-out. Prior experience in construction or engineering is essential.

Qualifications

3–5 years of contracts management experience in construction or engineering.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, Business Administration or related field.
Electrical engineering project experience preferred; data centre or commercial exposure advantageous.
Familiarity with Singapore construction regulations and BCA requirements; strong negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

Review, negotiate and administer contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements and variation orders.
Coordinate tender documentation, evaluate supplier proposals and assist with commercial assessments.
Track contract performance, project costs, variations and contractual risks.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, site personnel, vendors and legal advisors.
Maintain accurate contract documentation, payment records, insurance policies and performance bonds.
Coordinate contractual close-out and participate in post-project reviews.
