Job summary

GAMMON PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is hiring a Senior Commercial/Quantity Surveyor to lead the project commercial team, drive margins, ensure accurate reporting and maintain a healthy cash profile through proactive contract and procurement management.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Science and 10+ years in construction, with familiarity with contract law, tender requirements and variation management; M&E experience is a plus, and strong collaboration with

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building Science.
• At least 10 years' experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Familiar with contract/construction law, tender requirements, contract conditions.
• M&E experience will have added advantage.
