Unknown Client in Singapore seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead recruitment across scientific, engineering and corporate functions. You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape hiring strategies, and build high-performing teams to support cutting-edge research and innovation.

You will drive sourcing, candidate calibration, and employer branding efforts while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
• Experience in proactive sourcing and talent mapping for specialised roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business units and specialised functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Lead job briefing and candidate calibration discussions to ensure alignment on hiring requirements.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, talent availability and recruitment best practices.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies through direct sourcing, talent mapping and market intelligence.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill positions.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives through events, networking activities and digital platforms.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiency.
