Job summary

Lifeline Corporation Pte Ltd seeks a Service Coordinator to independently coordinate service appointments and maintenance tasks, manage technician schedules, and liaise with customers and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of medical equipment services.

Based in Singapore, the role involves arranging service visits, optimising technician workloads, and maintaining accurate service documentation to support compliance and service continuity.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and schedule service appointments, maintenance visits, and repair jobs to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate technicians’ daily schedules and assign tasks to optimize workforce efficiency
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to confirm and update service bookings
• Prepare, review, and manage service reports, job sheets, and work orders to maintain accurate documentation
• Maintain detailed records of service history, contracts, and warranties for compliance and reference
• Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and managing email correspondence to support operations
• Monitor spare parts usage and stock levels to prevent shortages and support service continuity
• Assist in ordering and replenishing inventory to ensure availability of parts for scheduled service jobs
