MICHAEL PAGE (PERSONNEL) PTE. LTD. is partnering with a water technology MNC to recruit a Project & Order Management professional on a 1-year contract. The role covers the full order lifecycle and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time fulfilment across procurement, production and logistics.

Fresh graduates with a Diploma or degree are welcome; strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, and SAP experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete order lifecycle, including order processing, validation, shipment coordination, invoicing, and delivery tracking.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as procurement, production, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely fulfilment and issue resolution.
• Monitor order progress, maintain system records, coordinate order amendments, and support reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external partners to expedite deliveries and address invoicing discrepancies.
• Support project invoicing activities by coordinating billing milestones, issuing invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with collection efforts.
