Job summary

MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is recruiting for a role overseeing end-to-end order fulfilment and customer operations in a global textile manufacturing environment. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• 3+ years in order management, customer operations, customer service, supply chain coordination or sales support.
• Experience in textile/apparel/industrial manufacturing or related environments.
• Hands-on ERP order processing and customer account management.
• Strong Excel skills and data handling.
• Organisational and problem-solving skills with ability to juggle priorities.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing and on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer and internal enquiries related to order fulfilment and accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, production and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and order records in the ERP system.
• Monitor order status, inventory and fulfilment schedules to resolve issues.
• Support reporting, analysis and process improvement initiatives for service and efficiency.
• Participate in system enhancements and business transformation projects.
