Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Contract Paralegal for immediate start through January 2027 (extendable). The role supports the contract lifecycle by proofreading, formatting legal documents, and coordinating with internal clients to verify commercial terms.

Under supervision, you will assist drafting basic legal documents, triage requests for reviewers, manage e-signature and manual execution, perform due diligence, maintain entity records, and provide translation support as

Responsibilities

• Proofread, and format legal documents, contracts and summary, coordinate with internal clients to verify commercial terms for accuracy and completeness, and assist in drafting basic legal documents under supervision.
• Support the contract lifecycle by triaging requests to appropriate legal reviewers, and managing both e-signature and manual execution processes. Ensure signatures are complete and authorized, and upload fully executed agreements promptly into the contract management system.
• Conduct basic due diligence and fact-checking tasks to support legal matters and prepare summaries or reports as directed.
• Help maintain regional entity filings and records, coordinate with internal teams on routine corporate updates, and ensure timely updates to the entity management system.
• Learn and assist in the use of the contract management system; help answer user questions under supervision on a regular basis.
• Provide translation support for documents and assist with reviewing translated documents.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
