Tai Seng in Singapore is seeking a contracted legal support assistant for immediate start through end January 2027 (extendable). You will proofread and format legal documents, coordinate with internal clients to verify terms, and assist in drafting basic documents under supervision.

You will triage contract requests, manage e-signature and manual executions, ensure signatures are complete, and upload executed agreements. Due diligence and entity updates are also part of the role.

• Assist in drafting basic legal documents under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Proofread, and format legal documents, contracts and summary, coordinate with internal clients to verify commercial terms for accuracy and completeness, and assist in drafting basic legal documents under supervision.
• Support the contract lifecycle by triaging requests to appropriate legal reviewers, and managing both e-signature and manual execution processes. Ensure signatures are complete and authorized, and upload fully executed agreements promptly into the contract management system.
• Conduct basic due diligence and fact-checking tasks to support legal matters and prepare summaries or reports as directed.
• Help maintain regional entity filings and records, coordinate with internal teams on routine corporate updates, and ensure timely updates to the entity management system.
• Learn and assist in the use of the contract management system; help answer user questions under supervision on a regular basis.
• Provide translation support for documents and assist with reviewing translated documents.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
