Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years paralegal experience with a law firm or commercial firm.
• Strong drafting and research abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and process a broad range of contracts.
• Prepare, review, and maintain standard form agreements and templates.
• Support the legal team, including preparation of reports.
• Assist in negotiating settlement agreements and documenting dispute resolutions.

Our client, a leading MNC is seeking to recruit a Paralegal opening as part of expansion for the legal department.

Position Summary:

The Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Legal team, with a primary focus on commercial contracts and oversight of agreements.

Job responsibilities:

• Support and work with the stakeholders in drafting, negotiating, and processing of abroad range of contracts
• Prepare, review, and maintain standard form agreements, legal templates, precedents, and other legal documentation
• Provide support to the legal team, including preparation of reports
• Assist in negotiating settlement agreements and documenting dispute resolutions
• Conduct legal research on relevant legislation, regulations, and industry developments
• Support the regional implementation across all jurisdictions of new policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of paralegal experience with a law firm or commercial firm
• Versed in legal research, with good drafting skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
