Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, HR documentation and personnel file management.
• Support full recruitment and employee lifecycle: job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate learning and development activities, training administration and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist with payroll administration, including preparing payroll inputs and verifying payroll information.
• Administer HR systems, employee benefits, leave records, attendance tracking and other HR processes.
• Coordinate new hire orientations, work pass applications and renewals where applicable.
• Liaise with external vendors on employee-related services and HR administrative matters.
• Support staff activities, meetings, HR projects and ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements
