Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring an HR Associate to manage full-spectrum HR duties in a manufacturing environment in Woodlands / Admiralty area. The role covers recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, payroll and benefits, and engagement initiatives.

You will maintain HRIS and employee records, liaise with payroll and external vendors, and support training activities. A diploma or degree in HR or related field with at least 1 year of HR experience is required.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Min. 1 year HR experience in Manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on recruitment and payroll experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently with good communication and interpersonal skills.
