Job summary

MEXC is seeking an HR professional to provide comprehensive HR support in Singapore, including preparing meetings, staffing, internal referrals, and performance management, while coordinating with internal stakeholders on business initiatives.

Fluent Chinese is required to liaise with Chinese counterparts. You will maintain databases, handle data entry, and contribute to a fast-growing fintech environment that rewards ownership, initiative, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Fluent Chinese to liaise with Chinese counterparts.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and sense of responsibility.
• Effective communication, service-oriented, and willing to proactively learn the logic and methods of HR work.
• Interested in web3 industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall HR support which includes preparing HR meetings, staffing, internal referral system and performance management, etc.
• Engage with internal stakeholders on business-focus projects to research and coordinate on business initiatives.
• Entering data, maintaining databases and keeping records.
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
