At MEXC, we are looking for individuals to join our risk data science team to conduct risk feature mining, formulate risk strategies, and iterate with product R&D teams to maintain robust risk controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in model development within banking, crypto exchange, consumer finance, fintech or top internet risk control teams.
• Proficient in data analysis and modeling tools including SQL, Python, Spark or R; experienced in LR, XGBoost, LightGBM and deep learning neural network algorithms for feature engineering and risk model iteration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth risk feature mining, risk strategy formulation, iteration and daily maintenance.
• Communicate and align business requirements continuously, explain technical solutions, and provide data-driven quantitative suggestions to resolve business pain points.
• Respond to online emergency risk incidents rapidly, locate root causes efficiently, and coordinate cross-team resources to achieve quick risk loss control.
• Iterate and optimize risk systems and machine learning models together with algorithm and product R&D teams, improve overall risk control system stability and infrastructure capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Iterate and optimize risk systems and machine learning models together with algorithm and product R&D teams, improve overall risk control system stability and infrastructure capability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related majors; minimum 5 years of working experience in model development within banking, crypto exchange, consumer finance, fintech or top internet risk control teams.
• Proficient in at least one data analysis and modeling tool including SQL, Python, Spark or R; experienced in data mining and model building with LR, XGBoost, LightGBM and deep learning neural network algorithms for feature engineering and risk model iteration.
• Solid understanding of full lifecycle risk management and mature experience in designing and optimizing risk control strategies for different business scenarios.
• Strong logical thinking, high data sensitivity, independent problem-solving capability and self-motivation.
• Able to work under high pressure, detail-oriented, proactive in exploring new technical methods and business solutions.
