Job summary

MEXC, a global cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to lead and execute spot trading campaigns, listings, and promotional events. You will monitor token liquidity, track trends, and coordinate with product, design, community, and BD teams to drive participation.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in crypto campaigns, familiarity with data analysis using Excel/SQL, and the ability to respond quickly to hot topics.

Qualifications

• 3 years of operation experience in crypto exchanges, projects, or Web3 media.
• Genuine interest and personal trading experience; familiar with spot market and memes.
• Experience in campaign execution, community operations, or content editing preferred.
• Basic data analysis using Excel, SQL, or similar tools for simple reports.
• Quickly respond to hot topics, market news, and meme narratives.
• Strong execution, attention to detail, and cross-team collaboration.
• Basic English reading of materials and announcements.

Responsibilities

• Execute spot trading campaigns, listings, and promotional events to drive volume and participation.
• Monitor project performance, liquidity, and on-chain data; track market trends and memes.
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution: rule drafting, scheduling, banners, announcements, and promotions.
• Collect and analyze daily/weekly campaign data; submit reports and optimization ideas.
• Collaborate with product, design, community, and BD teams for launches and risk control.
• Track competitor activities and propose executable ideas and iteration plans.
• Assist in asset evaluation, information sorting, and operation materials prep.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute spot trading campaigns, including new token listings, trading competitions, airdrops, and bonus events to drive trading volume and user participation.
• Monitor project performance, token liquidity, and on-chain data; track market trends and meme narratives to support quick campaign response.
• Assist in end-to-end campaign execution: rule drafting, schedule coordination, in-app banner arrangement, push, announcement release, and external channel promotion.
• Collect and analyze daily/weekly campaign data including trading volume, participants, conversion rate, retention, and ROI; submit regular reports and optimization suggestions.
• Cooperate with product, design, community, and BD teams to ensure campaign launch, risk control, and effect improvement.
• Track competitor activities and industry hot events; provide executable activity ideas and iteration plans.
• Assist in project asset evaluation, basic information sorting, and operation materials preparation.

Requirements

• 3 years of operation experience in cryptocurrency exchanges, projects, or Web3 media; fresh graduates with solid Web3 knowledge are also acceptable.
• Genuine interest and personal trading experience; familiar with spot market, mainstream tokens, meme trends, and exchange rules.
• Experience in campaign execution, community operations, or content editing is preferred.
• Basic data analysis ability; able to use Excel, SQL, or common backends to sort data and make simple reports.
• Quick response to hot topics; sensitive to market news, policies, KOL trends, and meme narratives.
• Good learning ability, detail-oriented, strong execution, and able to work under pressure.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Basic English skills are a plus; able to read English materials and announcements.
