Job summary

Qualifications

• Min. Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Ability to start within short notice.
• Experience working in Healthcare Industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, solutions, and IT asset inventory.
