Job summary

UOB Kay Hian Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Trade Processing Analyst to support equity and structured products operations. You will handle contract creation and amendments, manage contra trades, and assist with regulatory reporting.

The role requires a team player with good interpersonal, writing and communication skills, the ability to work independently and long hours, and proficiency in MS Office. Prior experience in a financial institution is preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in a financial institution.
• Team player with good interpersonal, writing and communicating skills.
• Able to work independently and extended hours.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade processing (Contract creation & amendment) for Equities & Structured Products.
• Manage and process Contra trades.
• Regulatory and management reporting.
• Identify and streamline processes to achieve operational efficiency.
• Be a subject matter expert and assist with trading representatives’ enquiries.
• Participate and/or support system enhancements, projects, audits & other adhoc assignments.
