Job summary

UOB Kay Hian Private Limited in Singapore seeks a back-office support professional to assist the dealing team by handling client orders, processing trade instructions, maintaining records, and liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

You will enter orders promptly, manage documentation, support communications via multiple channels, and keep audit-ready records while adhering to policies and market standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• CMFAS papers completed as required for regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office to prepare reports and manage data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in transactions and records.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in financial markets and investment products.
• Experience in stockbroking backroom operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter client orders promptly to facilitate timely trade execution.
• Process trade instructions and related documentation for completeness.
• Provide admin support by managing emails, calls, WhatsApp and WeChat messages, and updating client accounts.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain relationships.
• Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, and account updates for audit and compliance.
• Ensure all tasks comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
