Ideal candidates hold a diploma or degree in banking/finance, have CMFAS where required, and are proficient with MS Office. Strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• CMFAS papers completed as required for regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office to prepare reports and manage data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and records.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in financial markets and investment products.
• Prior stockbroking backroom exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter client orders promptly and accurately to facilitate timely trade execution.
• Process trade instructions and manage related documentation to ensure transaction completeness.
• Provide administrative support by managing emails, calls, messages, and updating client accounts.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain records of client interactions and transactions to support audits and compliance.
• Ensure tasks comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
