Job summary

Unison Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Senior Associate / Junior Analyst to join our Contract Management team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement or contract management, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Law or related field.
• Basic financial modeling and contract valuation ability.
• Familiarity with contract administration systems (e.g., SAP Ariba or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Monitor active vendor and operational contracts lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement requirements, governance policies, and banking regulatory standards.
• Review terms to identify operational risk or discrepancies.
• Perform validation and simple financial modeling for contract values.
• Support in evaluating financial terms to optimize costs and align with budgets.
• Liaise with Legal, Risk, Business Units, and Vendors for timely sign-offs.
• Address and resolve administrative queries related to contract execution workflows.
• Process, ingest, and manage contract documentation into internal procurement systems.
• Maintain clean contract records for auditing and renewal/expiry tracking.
• Analyze the overall impact of contracts on financial statements and department budgets.

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Associate / Junior Analyst to join our Contract Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring strict compliance with client procurement standards, executing baseline financial modeling to support contract value negotiations, and driving seamless stakeholder management across business units.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Oversight & Compliance

• Perform close monitoring of active vendor and operational contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance with internal procurement requirements, governance policies, and banking regulatory standards.

2. Contract Review & Financial Validation

• Review contract terms and conditions to identify operational risk or discrepancies.
• Conduct validation and simple financial modeling for contract values to support commercial negotiations.
• Assist in evaluating financial terms to ensure cost optimization and alignment with budget allocations.

3. Stakeholder Management & Execution

• Actively follow up and liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Business Units, and Vendors) to facilitate timely contract sign-offs.
• Address and resolve administrative queries related to contract execution workflows.

4. System Administration & Financial Impact

• Accurately process, ingest, and manage contract documentation into internal procurement systems.
• Maintain clean contract database records to support auditing, reporting, and tracking of renewal/expiry dates.
• Analyze and understand the overall impact of contracts on financial statements and department budgets.

Requirement

• Experience: Good years of experience in procurement, contract management, commercial analysis, or financial administration (banking/financial services context preferred).
• Good to have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Law, or a related discipline.
• Core Competencies:
• Solid understanding of basic financial modeling and contract valuation.
• Proficiency with contract administration and enterprise procurement systems (e.g., SAP Ariba or equivalent).
