LUME CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a creative student in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields to join a fast‑growing hospitality group.

You will design social graphics, posters, menus, EDMs, and marketing collateral for multiple brands. You’ll edit short‑form videos, capture content on location, and help plan campaigns across campaigns, events, and launches. A strong eye for typography, composition, and storytelling is essential.

Formación

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media or related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro) or similar.
• Strong eye for design, typography, composition and visual storytelling.
• Passionate about social media trends and content creation.
• Comfortable using a camera or smartphone to capture high-quality content.

Responsabilidades

• Capture photo and video content across venues for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other platforms.
• Edit short-form videos and create social-first content aligned with each brand's identity.
• Assist in content planning, social media scheduling, and campaign execution.
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas and stay updated with trends.
• Support influencer collaborations, media events, and content shoots.
• Ensure creative assets maintain brand identity across multiple brands.
• Work with operations to capture new menu launches, cocktails, live entertainment, and events.

Your responsibilities include:

• Create engaging social media graphics, posters, menus, EDMs, and marketing collateral
• Design promotional materials for campaigns, events, seasonal launches, and brand activations
• Capture photo and video content across our venues for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other digital platforms
• Edit short-form videos and create social-first content that aligns with each brand's identity
• Assist in content planning, social media scheduling, and campaign execution
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas and keep up with social media trends
• Support influencer collaborations, media events, and content shoots
• Ensure all creative assets maintain a consistent brand identity across multiple brands
• Work alongside the operations team to capture new menu launches, cocktails, live entertainment, and special events
• Assist with website assets, digital advertisements, and other marketing initiatives as required

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or a related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva
• Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Good eye for design, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
• Passionate about social media trends and content creation
• Comfortable using a camera or smartphone to capture high-quality content
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Photography or videography experience is a bonus
