CREDIT BUREAU (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a customer service oriented individual to handle reports, queries, and disputes for walk-in and phone customers in Singapore. The role requires processing reports and resolving inquiries with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The candidate should have a Diploma, 1–2 years of customer service experience, and excellent English communication and interpersonal skills to thrive under pressure.

Formación

• Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
