We are looking for an experiencedConsulting Manager – Technology to lead technology-focused search and advisory engagements while contributing to business development and the growth of the technology practice.

This role oversees end-to-end executive search assignments across technology functions, including software engineering, product management, data and analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, and IT leadership. It is a client-facing, revenue-driven position that blends consulting delivery, business development, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead executive search and advisory assignments across the technology sector.
• Serve as a trusted partner to clients, providing guidance on technology talent strategy, market trends, and hiring insights.
• Drive business growth through new client acquisition, proposal development, and expansion of existing relationships.
• Oversee multiple search mandates simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely delivery.
