Job summary

ROLLING ARRAYS CONSULTING PTE.LTD. is seeking a senior HRIS Consultant to own end-to-end module delivery, lead client workshops, drive solution architecture decisions, and mentor junior talent. You will ensure project quality, timely delivery, and carry mandatory team leadership accountability.

The role requires 7–10 years of HRIS experience with 5+ end-to-end implementations and SAP SuccessFactors Certification. Strong leadership, client management, and effective communication are essential.

ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY TASKS:

• Project Leadership - Manage full lifecycle of SF implementations from initiation through go-live and support.
  Lead module-specific workshops and align business requirements with system capabilities.
  
• Solution Architecture - Design cross-module integration processes and workflow customizations.
  Provide expert guidance on configuration strategy and system optimization.
  
• Stakeholder Engagement - Serve as the primary consultant for senior client stakeholders.
  Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively.
  
• Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams.
  Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys.
  Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback.
