Job summary

Accenture Southeast Asia seeks an experienced Oracle HCM specialist to lead the chosen module (Absence/Time, Learning, Expenses, Workforce Planning). You will configure workflows, collaborate with integration and data migration leads, and conduct workshops to capture requirements.

The role spans multiple geographies and involves end-user training and knowledge transfer. Ideal candidates have 5–10 years of hands-on Oracle HCM experience, strong HR process knowledge, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in the Oracle HCM module you apply for.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across Absence/Time, Expenses, and related areas.
• Experience in large-scale HR cloud transformation projects across geographies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration and deployment of your Oracle HCM module.
• Facilitate workshops to capture functional and technical requirements.
• Configure workflows, rules and security roles per policies.
