Job summary

LAC Global (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.

is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver needs-based consultations, staff coaching, and health-focused program administration across staff, customers, and corporate clients. You will craft product information updates, coordinate on-site training, and oversee scheduling, audits, and ad-hoc duties while maintaining excellent service and clear written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree or professional certification in Human Health & Nutrition or a relevant discipline.
• 1 year experience in relevant industry preferred
• Excellent and positive customer service attitude
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Training needs, give consultations/assistance and health-talk to staff/customers/corporates, and maintain administration of training and service management.
• Timely updates on product information to retail staff by developing new product factsheets and product newsflash.
• Conduct staff on-site coaching and produce educational videos.
• Outreaching to promote brand awareness through public talk/social media livestream/roadshow.
• Ensure timely response to customer enquiries, feedback, appeals, etc.
• Guide retail staff in handling customer’s enquiries, feedback, appeals.
• Register staff for external courses and handle scheduling, service audits and other administrative tasks.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned as and when by Superior.

Job description

• Product newsflash on need basis, e.g. competitor’s product comparison

• Memo on need basis, e.g. handling of negative news

• Key new product training (aka mini-training)

• Newsflash on monthly promotion mailer

• Conduct staff on-site coaching.

• Produce educational video.

• Outreaching to promote brand awareness through public talk/social media livestream/ roadshow.

• Ensure timely response to customer enquiries, feedback, appeals, etc.

• Guide retail staff in handling customer’s enquiries, feedback, appeals.

• Register staff for external courses.
