Job summary

YU HEALTH PTE. LTD. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver internal training across health, wellness, beauty and product projects. You will translate concepts into materials and SOPs and onboard new hires.

Work closely with China HQ, localise programmes for Singapore outlets, provide coaching, assessments and ongoing improvements to maintain service standards and support revenue growth.

• Conduct onboarding training for newly recruited employees.
• Provide ongoing refresher training, skills assessments and coaching.
• Train employees on product knowledge, customer consultation, service procedures and sales techniques.
• Support introduction of new services and products across all outlets.
• Develop training manuals, presentation materials and SOPs.

Develop and deliver internal training programmes for the company’s health, wellness, beauty and product-related projects.

Provide theoretical and practical training to consultants, therapists, sales personnel and outlet employees.

Translate new projects, products and service concepts into structured training materials and operating procedures.

Coordinate with the China headquarters to understand project requirements, treatment concepts, products and training standards.

Localise training programmes and operational procedures for implementation in Singapore.

Conduct onboarding training for newly recruited employees.

Provide ongoing refresher training, skills assessments and performance coaching.

Train employees on product knowledge, customer consultation, service procedures, sales techniques and customer relationship management.

Support the introduction and implementation of new services and products across all company outlets.

Develop training manuals, presentation materials, assessment forms and standard operating procedures.

Conduct practical demonstrations and supervise employees during hands‑on training.

Evaluate employees’ knowledge, practical skills and service performance.

Identify training needs and recommend improvement plans to management.

Monitor the consistency and quality of services provided across all outlets.

Assist with outlet openings, employee preparation and the implementation of operational standards.

Collect feedback from employees and customers to improve training content and service procedures.

Maintain proper records of training attendance, assessments and employee development.

Work closely with management, outlet managers, therapists and sales teams to achieve the company’s operational and revenue targets.

Perform other training and consulting duties assigned by management.
