Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Diet Administration Coordinator to manage patient meal requirements, coordinate meal-related enquiries, and generate daily meal summaries and chits for production and service teams.

You will maintain records, oversee inventory and data management, support meal assembly and quality checks, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet dietary needs in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good telephone etiquette and ability to manage enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage diet control administration and coordinate patient meal-related requirements.
• Handle enquiries, feedback, and telephone calls with timely follow-up.
• Collate, update, and maintain meal-related data for daily production and service.
• Generate daily meal summaries and patient meal chits for preparation.
• Maintain records of incidents, feedback, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Support meal assembly, plating, and tray preparation to ensure quality.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular operational reports.
• Identify and escalate operational discrepancies to the reporting officer.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals regarding patients' dietary needs.
• Manage supplies: requisition, stock control, inventory monitoring, stock-take.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory management per procedures.
• Organise and distribute inventory items to relevant departments.
• Prepare meeting documentation and record meeting minutes.
• Support departmental operations and administrative functions.

• Monitor operational key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular operational reports.
• Identify and escalation operational discrepancies or irregularities to the reporting officer.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals and relevant departments regarding patients' dietary and meal requirements.
• Manage departmental supplies, including requisition, stock control, inventory monitoring, and stock-take activities.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory management in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition, or a related discipline is required.
