Job summary

HM&WB DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily construction activities on site, monitor progress against the schedule, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires at least 6 years of reinforced concrete experience in construction, with responsibilities including material control, reporting to management, and enforcing company policies on site.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years’ reinforced concrete works experience in construction is required.

Responsibilities

• a. Supervise and manage of construction workers on daily site activities.
• b. Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• c. Comply with safe work procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• d. Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works.
• e. Check and ensure material order and fabrication works in compliance with the specification and drawings.
• f. Responsible for the day to day supervision of projects and carry out associated administrative duties.
• g. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• h. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• i. Maintain timekeeping and personnel records.
• j. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice-versa.
• k. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
