Job summary

GREENBLAST PTE. LTD. is seeking a construction professional to assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer with daily execution while coordinating tasks according to priorities and plans.

You will supervise construction, manage materials per the Project Plan, and ensure safety rules are followed. The role requires ability to read drawings and specifications, proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and strong communication to interact with consultants and sub-contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum BCSS and Work at Height Certification.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in construction sector.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and requirements to ensure all works completed by workers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Report daily progress to managers, engineers, clients, etc.
• Prepare weekly or monthly progress reports to managers and engineers.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
• Able to write reports and necessary method statements.
