Job summary

RANGE Construction Pte. Ltd. is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on site in Singapore. You will supervise erection work, formwork, scaffolding, and material handling to ensure safe and efficient progress.

You will also oversee concrete pouring, demolition, safety compliance with MOM regulations, and coordination with workers and subcontractors to meet project timelines. Daily site reports and meetings will be part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise erection of structures, concrete form works and scaffolding.
• Supervise unloading/loading of construction materials and their distribution.
• Supervise mixing and pouring of concrete and asphalt; level surfaces.
• Supervise demolition, debris removal, spills cleanup and hazardous materials removal.
• Supervise lifting operations of heavy equipment.
• Supervise and manage workers on site.
• Manage materials and equipment to minimize wastage.
• Implement occupational health and safety procedures per MOM regulations.
• Apply and comply with permit-to-work prior to starting work.
• Adhere to QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standards.
• Prepare daily reports for related works and attend progress/coordination meetings.
• Ensure works progress on schedule.
• Supervise and manage subcontractors to perform per contract drawings.
• Carry out any related ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Job responsibilities:

• Supervise in the construction work such as erecting structures, concrete form works and scaffolding.
• Supervise in unloading and loading of construction materials, including materials distribution.
• Supervise the mix and pour concrete and asphalt, and level concrete and earth using trowels and shovels.
• Supervise the demolition, removal of debris, clean up spills and remove hazardous material.
• Supervise the lifting operations of heavy equipment.
• Supervise and manage workers.
• Manage materials and equipment efficiently to ensure no wastage.
• Implement of occupational health and safety procedures in accordance to MOM Safety Regulations.
• Apply and comply the permit to work prior start of work.
• Comply to all QA/QC procedures and implement CONQUAS standard for site works on site(s).
• Prepare daily report for related works & attend site progress & coordination meeting.
• Ensure the progress of works is on schedule.
• Supervise and manage sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications.
• Any related ad-hoc duties as assigned.
