• Assist Site Manager to supervise constructions work to ensure that quality works are produced & all operations are carried out safely.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring metalwork activities (fabrication, welding, installation) are executed according to design specifications.
• Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Familiar with relevant legal requirement.
• Supervise a team of construction workers.
• Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.
• Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.
• Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the project plan.
• Assist the engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.
• Ensure safety measures are met on site.
• Ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction industry required.
• At least Degree in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with workers and subcontractors.
• Preferably experience in Metal work structural.
