Job summary

HYLAND SOLAR PTE. LTD. is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee site operations on our Singapore projects. The role involves leading installation teams, planning manpower deployment, and ensuring work aligns with project schedules and safety procedures.

You will manage on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, report progress to the project team, and handle technical issues while working outdoors, typically Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read construction drawings and understand formwork, rebar, concreting and surveying requirements.
• Experience supervising daily project operations to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Ability to plan manpower deployment and optimize site resources.
• Strong coordination with main or sub-contractors and timely reporting to the project team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily project operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with quality standards and company protocols.
• Lead installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule.
• Plan manpower deployment required for site works and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials and consumables.
• Oversee works and resolve technical issues that may arise on construction sites; ensure compliance with safe work procedures.
• Report progress to the project team and liaise with main or sub-contractors for coordination and feedback.
• Manage all on-site matters and assist with technical issues; perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
• Accept outdoor work; working hours from Monday to Saturday.

• Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork, rebar, concreting, survey.
• To Supervise and manage daily project operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with quality standards and company protocols.
• To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;
• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;
• To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;
• To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;
• To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;
• To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;
• To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation,able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.
• To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.
• Accept working outdoors,the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
