Job summary

Hyland Holdings Pte Ltd is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise installation teams and ensure adherence to project schedules at various construction sites in Singapore.

The role requires reading construction drawings, expertise in formwork, rebar and concreting, and strong leadership to manage manpower, safety and coordination with contractors. Outdoor site work is expected, Monday through Saturday.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be able to read construction drawings and interpret plans accurately.
• Experience with formwork, rebar and concreting is required.
• Strong on-site supervision and leadership of installation teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily project operations to ensure tasks are completed on schedule, aligning with quality standards and company protocols.
• Lead installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule.
• Plan manpower deployment required for the site works.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites.
• Oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/difficulties that may arise on construction sites.
• Ensure works at construction sites comply with safe work procedures.
• Report to project team on work progress at construction sites.
• Liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation, able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.
• Manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to day.
• Accept working outdoors, the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
