Job summary

REGIUS CONSTRUCTION & CIVIL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Construction Site Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily site operations, subcontractors, safety, and quality.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience and a relevant construction-related qualification. You will coordinate with project managers and clients, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
• Diploma, Higher NITEC, or Certificate in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and industry practices.
• Experience working with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with authorities’ requirements and construction standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction site activities including safety, quality, and progress.
• Monitor progress to ensure on-time project completion.
• Assign tasks and oversee workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects.
