Job summary

SHUN XIN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a capable site supervisor to organize daily labor, record timecards, and monitor safety and quality at construction sites in Singapore. You will work with the main contractor to inspect rebar and formwork and ensure progress aligns with drawings.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, reads drawings well, and communicates in Mandarin and English. Immediate start and willingness to work overtime are required.

Qualifications

• BSCC is basic requirement.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to read drawings.
• Must speak Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily work for workers and record timecards, prepare monthly salary and generate BBS from drawings.
• Assist main contractor with rebar and formwork inspection.
• Control quality, budget, and site progress.
• Overtime work may be required.
• Regularly inspect construction sites to identify and mitigate safety hazards.
• Oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team; manage supplies, equipment maintenance, and training; provide first aid in emergencies.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Arrange the workers to work daily, and record the timecard for workers every day, courting the salary at end of the month, generate BBS according to construction drawings;
2. Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork
3. Control the quality /budget/site progress
4. Can work over time
5. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
6. oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team. The general foreman responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees. You should also be able to perform first aid in emergencies.

Requirement:

• Able to start work immediately or ASAP.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• BSCC is basic requirement
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• The ability to view the drawing.
• Can speak Mandarin and English.
