Job summary

PLUTO SYSTEM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee on-site activities, ensuring milestones meet plans, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining safety.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate with project managers, enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Requires 10+ years, valid driving license, safety course, and willingness for weekend/night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant construction supervision experience.
• Valid Driving License.
• Completion of Building Construction Supervisor Safety Course.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
• Flexibility to work in shift patterns including Night and Day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction teams to deliver project milestones on time and within budget
• Coordinate daily construction activities in strict accordance with project plans and specifications to ensure quality and compliance
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and adjust schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor overall project progress
• Enforce safety protocols rigorously, fostering a proactive safety culture among all workforce members
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify, report, and resolve construction issues promptly, minimizing delays and risks
• Communicate clearly and professionally with project stakeholders to address concerns and provide timely updates on project status
